This is one of the new Carousel Notes from the current Mini Catalog. I used the Coluzzel to cut the Afternoon Tea Designer Paper and Chocolate Chip mats. I then folded the Whisper White cardstock in half and used the Coluzzel again to cut both thicknesses, except I left the top edge attached so it would open like a card. I used the 1/8" hole punch for dots around the edge. The stamp set is Bloomin' Beautiful also from the current Mini Catalog. This set is gorgeous...you'll be seeing a few more from this one!!
