I've got a new tutorial in the works - Sending Love!
I thought you may like to see a sneak peek of a set that I made with the new box pattern. Sending Love will be released very soon, I'm just finishing up the writing.
The Sending Love tutorial uses the Friends 24-7 stamp set and I will show you that one soon.
Here are the cards ready to go into the box. A perfect little presentation for a snail mail set of Birthday cards.
A closer look at the front of the box.
Are you wondering about the card? The cupcake paper is the Petal Cone die-cut!
Cut the Petal Cone apart, trim off the flap. For the bottom of the cupcake paper, cut at 2" below the score line. Then trim the half circle part by turning the die-cut around in the paper cutter, line the score line up with the 1" mark and trim off what is hanging over. Fold on the score line and run the Petal Cone (or what is left of it!) through the Paper Crimper.
The frosting is the Simple Birthday Thanks stamp set. It was a little too big for the Petal Cone cupcake, so I stamped one and laid it on the copier reducing the image to 80%. Perfect! Then hand cut the frostings.
What a cute set! Can't wait to order the tutorial. Keep up the beautiful work!
