We held our local INKing the Way team Christmas party the week before Thanksgiving, before everyone gets into the busy season and can still enjoy it. I so, so wish I could celebrate with my entire team but logistically it is impossible to do something like this. Maybe I should say this is a perk for living in Idaho? *Ü*
It was a super fun evening and I have a lot of photos to share with you.

I made popcorn boxes for party favors - they turned out so cute!
(For those of you who have the SU! popcorn box, this one is about twice the size. It is slightly taller but about double around and it holds a LOT!)
I used the Ho Ho Ho Embossing Folder and the Dashing Deer dies to embellish it and the Candy Apple Sparkle Ribbon.
This die is a solid piece of metal!
We met for dinner at Casa Mexico in Eagle - Patricia could not have been more accommodating - thank you!
After dinner we had our gift exchange. Not just any gift exchange, this one is a $5 maximum gift because it is all about the wrap! The challenge was to wrap it in Fun Stampers Journey products and to get creative!
I'd say they did a pretty great job!
After the gift exchange we walked across the parking lot to Hope Blooms Flowers and Things where Dorothy gave us a private lesson in making corsages and boutonnieres. It was after hours and the store was closed. She set up tables on the showroom floor and had 'kits' ready for everyone. So organized and smooth!
Yes, there is a proper way to pin on boutonnieres! In all the years I've been doing weddings, I didn't realize just how easy it actually is - light bulb moment!
To say we enjoyed it is an understatement. It was far better than I had hoped for! I had to include this cute photo of Lori with her mouse filter on! The girls were posting to Instagram and doing Facebook Lives all evening. If one of these girls is your Fun Stampers Journey Coach, you might want to check out their pages.
Everyone had a slightly different combination of flowers and ribbons and all were equally as pretty.
Here is my wrist corsage.
My boutonniere.
Isn't this a pretty shot from one of the tables!
The pressure is already on to one up myself for next year. We've done some pretty fun things in the past!! If you have any ideas for me, please leave them in the comments.

ReplyDeleteThank you Deepa!
DeleteWow! This would have been so much fun. I have also been looking for an event space San Francisco just like this for the Christmas celebration this year. A lot of my cousins will be flying from far away places just to be together on Christmas. This year is absolutely going to end well.
