Thank you Envelope Card

I think I used a little bit of everything in this card, playing with so many different products. I do love to mix and match when I create!

The background is the the new Woven Stripes background stamp from Concord & 9th.
The envelope is a new die from Pink Fresh Studio called Leafy Envelope.
The eucalyptus  and the spiky leaf is a digital download from Keri Bradford Studios.
The pumpkins are from the Truckin' Through the Seasons Die from Spellbinders.
The Thank you is A Few Words Bundle from The Stamp Market and so is the absolutely gorgeous Rose Gold Thread.

Sweet Sentiment October Copic Class

Are you ready for witches and ghouls and other Halloween stamping?
Sweet Sentiment Copic Coloring October Class is in pre-order and you won't want to miss this one - she is SO cute and not too scary!

I used Distress Oxide inks to blend up a background and spritz it with water for the splotchy look.  I added fibers included in the kit at the bottom and of course she is colored with Copic Markers.  You get the video instruction to work at your own pace and Jammie breaks it down so well...because it can be intimidating!

I colored  and cut out two hats and two brooms and layered them on foam squares for added dimension.

The class includes the clear stamp, a set of fibers and an Idaho Spud bar for Trick or Treat - it is the October class after all!
Order your class HERE.

Picket Fence Studios September New Product Release

It's time for the Picket Fence Studios September New Product Release!
Today I have a couple of sets to show you, but seriously, this is just a tiny portion of all the great things that are now available.  Be sure to check out the entire release, HERE

This set is called On A Christmas Walk.  I colored the images with Copic Markers, made a Distress Oxide Ink background with Stormy Sky and Tumbled Glass and then added the Woodsy Forest Die on foam squares.

My second card from On A Christmas Walk is dimensional, but it is so hard to photograph.  It has layers of torn white paper on the front and the snowman is set behind.  His candy canes are anchored in the second layer and a clothes line of fun ornaments is strung across.

All images are colored with Copic Markers.
This guy is from the new stamp set called Straight From the North Pole.  It has a coordinating die of the same name.  I colored him with Copic Markers.  The background is made from the new Christmas Wishes sentiment set.

I colored an additional Santa and created a tag for the candy.  It also has one of the sentiments in the set attached to it.  I love that saying 'straight from the north pole'.  *Ü*

I have more to show you in the coming weeks, but this is all for today.
Be sure to check out all the new products form the September Product Release at Picket Fence Studios.

Individual Cupcake Box

I had the opportunity to create a little gift for Christine who owns Paper Next Dolls a few weeks ago.  She sent me a birthday girl with a cupcake image so I made her a birthday cupcake in a box.

The directions for this box are a free tutorial I have in my Stamp School here on Inking Idaho.  You can find it HERE.

I used a tag from Honey Bee Stamps Piece of Cake set and added one of the Paper Next Dolls cupcake to it.

The cupcake wrapper is Spellbinders and the flower frosting is handmade with my own pattern.  The birthday girl is colored with Copic Markers.

Concord & 9th Holiday Release!

Guess what today is?
Yep, the 9th of the month which means it is Concord & 9th's Product Release day and this month is it HOLIDAY!
I love this time of the year!!
My favorite set this release is Stocking Stuffers Bundle and the Woven Stripes Background stamp.  This card reminds me of ... brown paper packages tied up in string.  You're welcome, you will be singing that song all day now. *Ü*

I used the snowflake to create tone on tone texture in the center stocking.

I slightly rounded the stockings with my bone folder and placed the foam square right in the middle to give them a bit of shape.

This set has an interactive piece in it just like the Mail Drop set I love so much.  You can pull up a hidden message.

Here's a little live action of the message inside the stocking.

Be sure to check out this and all the new holiday products at Concord & 9th!
