Happy BEEday Shaker Tags

These are shaker tags for birthday packaging using the Honey Bee Stamps Globe and Ornament Shaker Tag Dies.
The Happy BEEday set has such fun little birthday images and they are the perfect size for these tags.  they made me smile the whole time I was making them!!

I stamped and cut all the pieces and colored them with Copic markers.
I cut the ornament pieces and used Distress Oxide ink in Peacock Feathers and Scattered Straw to ink blend the backgrounds.  The front piece is solid Peacock Feathers.
Then I lightly splattered them with Black Soot, water and a paint brush.
The ornament top is Gold Mirror paper.  The window sheet is HERE.
The shaker stuff is Crystal Mix Dew Drops.

A Spooky Day

Do you send many Halloween cards?  I don't send too many, but I do make a lot of treat packaging.
This is fun new set from Picket Fence Studios called A Spooky Day. It's kind of scary but not really.  I don't like the super scary, gorey kind of Halloween stuff.

I added a spooky background with Distress Oxide Inks in Fired Brick, Abandoned Coral, Brushed Sage and Scattered Straw with the Life Changing Blender Brushes
The house and tree are colored with Copic markers and the kids, clouds and sentiment are stamped in Black Hybrid Ink Pad.

Let's Celebrate You!

I've been wanting to make a pink jar since I got this set and it turned out as pretty as I had hoped!  The Greetery's Just Mason Around (what a cute name!) jar set is absolutely my all time favorite jar set and I've owned a LOT of them.
I thought I would try white daisies but those didn't turn out so well, so I added a little pink and gray to them.  They're ok, just not how I had envisioned...but the jar - gasp! *Ü*

Then, sometimes I get some crazy ideas and decide to do things like add feathers to the bouquet of flowers...ya, I still have feather thingies up my nose.  I pulled one from the package and 20 came out.  My dog was sure I had killed a bird!

Write On Dies Clipboard Card

It's back to school season, so it's time to break out the clipboard die.  Just kidding, this card had nothing to do with back to school - BUT the Write On Dies are now available to order ala carte instead of as the kit of the month!
The clipboard makes the cutest cards and is exactly the same size as a regular card for mailing.

The floral coffee cup is a digital image from Gracielle Designs.  I colored it with Copic Markers.
The pink strip background is background stamp called Rough Around The Edges from Picket Fence Studios.
The Hello is from Honey Bee Stamps and can be found HERE. It is mounted on vellum cardstock.

Early Tulip Bouquet Card

Tulip season is long gone here in Idaho but I have a tulip loving friend that really needed a card.
I like this stamp set by Picket Fence Studios for it's simplicity, the size and how easy it is to color!

I stamped the Early Tulip Bouquet stamp with the Picket Fence Black ink pad.  I colored it in with a few Copic markers and then hand cut it out.
I turned the image over and on the backside, gently rubbed with a big ball stylus (on a foam mat) giving each flower a little bubble shape to it.
Then I added a foam square to the center of each of those areas and placed it on a piece of 4" x 5-1/4" cardstock.  That way it is popped up and has a little rounded shape to each flower.

I used the Fancy Kaleidoscope Stencil (one of my personal favorites!) and Distress Oxide ink in Tattered Rose with the Life Changing Blender Brushes on the card panel before adhering it to a folder card.
Then I ripped it off really fast because I noticed the card was upside down...don't tell me you've never done that! *Ü*  Sheesh...

Gnome Brewed Goody Bags

Welcome to another gnome post - I love these guys, they are so cute and you know how much I love coffee stamps.
I would bet if I added up all the coffee postings I've done since 2007, it would be in the hundreds!

This is the Jaded Blossom Gnome Brewed Stamp Set  that I am currently in love with.  See this post for additional ideas.
For these projects I used the gnomes, the Coffee Stencil for the background and the box is the darling Goodie Bag Die.

You cut two of the bag pieces and glue them together - easy peasy!

Goodie Bag Die
For this one I added a handle.  It's not included in the die, but easy enough to fold and attach a strip of cardstock.  What a fun little gift...and gift giving season is upon us, so you better get ready!  These have Starbucks gift cards in them and packets of coffee and coffee candy.
Pretty cute, huh!
