Honey Bee Stamps Spooktacular Sneak Peek Day 1

Today begins the sneak peeks for the upcoming Honey Bee Stamps Spooktacular release coming on September 2nd.
We're starting it off with fall themed sneaks and I could not be more excited to know fall is coming.  It's been a HOT summer!

How cute is this!!
This set includes pieces for both fall and Halloween.

This one is made with the new Lovely Layers: Fall Foliage Die Set and the super fun Rattan Basket Die.

I'm so grateful is from Bitty Buzzwords: Fall.
The background is the Autumn Splendor A2 Cover Plate, both released last year.

The links will be live after the reveal party on Instagram about 8 pm CST on September 2nd.

See you tomorrow for Sneak Peek Day 2!

Meadow Fresh Florals Thank You

Sometimes the greenery in a floral set is all you need!  That's what I did here with the Meadow Fresh Floral set.  The leaves make a beautiful eucalyptus looking vine or wreath.

The Thanks Background stamp is now discontinued, sorry, but I still love it so I use it.
The Thank you is cut from Black cardstock and the back layer is vellum cardstock, which is a little bit thicker than regular vellum, although that would work just fine.

Lovely Layers: Magnolia

Honey Bee Stamps new Lovely Layers: Magnolia Die Set is high on my list of favorites in that line.
It's big and beautiful and makes such pretty cards and projects.
They would be beautiful for weddings!

I added a light yellow to the center with a Copic marker and shaped the petals to stand up a bit and then added a few Crystal Clear Gem Stickers.

Holiday Label Motifs

Another beautiful collection from Spellbinders, this one is the Holiday Label Motifs from the Seasonal Label Motifs by Becca Feeken.
The die set includes the label with that pretty brilliant ray accent, all the flowers and greenery and the lantern with candle.

The background is Scenic Poinsettias, one of the new 3D embossing folders.  I inked the inside of the folder with Scattered Straw Distress Oxide Ink and then ran it through.  I love what this technique does tot he ink.

Camper Life Etched Dies

This is the sweetest little camper!
I have one made on a card and one made into a card in opposite colors.  I like them both, but I think I like the greenish one a bit better.  How about you?

This is one of the new dies in the Warm Wishes Camper Collection that released this month.  It comes with either a cup of coffee or hot cocoa that you can put on the cargo rack on top of the camper.

Idaho Custom Creations September Kit and New Signs

It is time to reveal the September Tiered Tray Kit and this month is Halloween theme!

This month I am using my new risers instead of one of my tiered trays.  I really like these, they're beautiful and require a lot less fluff and filler.  I feel like I can see the pieces better.
The risers are from Felt Creative Home Goods (as are my trays) and can be found HERE.

As a reminder, the kit comes unfinished and with everything you need to complete it, including paint.  It is a monthly subscription through Idaho Custom Creations.  Michelle owns the company, I just paint for her and enjoy all her products!
She offers the subscription kit as well as regular products for sale in her shop, and she takes custom orders.

I often use my own paint and this month is no exception.  The kit will come with the plum, orange, black and white.  You can get gray from mixing the black and white.  Since I paint this early, I used my own and I will link my colors here in case you want the exact same.
Also used but not included in the kit is Golden Yellow for the window on the haunted house.
The door and sign and 2 small roof peeks on the haunted house are stained with Folk Art Antiquing Wax.
I finish the backs and the stands with Folk Art Antiquing Wax and this month I also used it on the pieces.

Here are the pieces included in this months kit and below are close ups of them in the display.

New adorable jar filler - girl and boy ghosts.  You can make them into 8 single sided or 4 double sided like I have made mine.  You can also see them on the Halloween page, HERE.

New sign inserts for the Round Interchangeable Sign.  You can get your starter kit HERE.
I'm sorry the ghost background looks black.  it is really a dark plum purple.
You can also see them on the Halloween page, HERE.

Cute little 3D Halloween Characters.  About 5" tall and they come with the base.
These are available separately or as a group, HERE.

The crochet hat is from FarmSweetFarmDecor on Etsy.  Fuzzy ball stems are from Hobby Lobby as are the little pumpkin mugs.  Dark purple plant on the top shelf is from Hearth and Home Target.
