A Crate Full of Whimsical Flowers

Did you have a chance to check out the new release from Honey Bee Stamps?  What were some of your favorites? 

 I'm pretty sure you could tell from my Sneak Peek that I LOVE this little crate!  I like these flowers too but I really like the crate. 😍

I used the new Whimsical Flower Dies to create a bouquet. These are smaller layered flowers that turn out so pretty with not much effort.  I've used a dark and light purple here with a yellow mustard color.  The leaves and stems are two different colors of greens.

Below I have a photo of the flowers so you can see all the parts to this set.

I cut the crate from a dark gray cardstock and added a little handle with twine.  After I took the photo and uploaded it, I see that it looks like to eye balls and a smile.  Oh well! 

You could also add a label to it with a sentiment.

Idaho Custom Creations March Tiered Tray Kit and New Signs

The March Tiered Tray Kit from Idaho Custom Creations is...EASTER!! 

There are also new inserts for the Round Interchangeable Sign and new jar filler for the Target Gumball machine.

My tray is from Felt Creative Home Goods and can be purchased HERE. 

 I have one in brown and white.

As a reminder, the kit comes unfinished and with everything you need to complete it, including paint. However, I use my own paint so I can coordinate it with my home decor.  It is a monthly subscription through Idaho Custom Creations.  Michelle owns the company, I just paint for her and enjoy all her products!

She offers the subscription kit as well as regular products for sale in her shop, and she takes custom orders. 

I use all Deco Art Americana 2 oz paints from the craft store.  I will link the main colors to Amazon in case you don't have a craft store near you.

White - Warm White

Pinks - Cotton Candy Wild Berry

Yellows - Yellow Ochre Marigold

Mint Green- Jadelite Glass  

I did not use a darker color with this one but if you need to, mix a tiny bit of navy blue with it.

Oranges -Warm Sunset Cadmium Orange

Purples - Wisteria Wild Orchid

Round Interchangeable Sign and Inserts

Wondering about these two pieces you've seen in all the photos?

This is the rabbit cutting board (maybe called a charcuterie board?) from the Target Dollar Spot.  I painted the backside Dark Chocolate and left the front as is.  Viola! Chocolate Bunny!

The shiplap board was at the Target Dollar Spot also as unfinished wood.  I painted the slats Warm White and then antiqued the whole thing with Folk Art Antiquing Wax.

Papertrey Ink Release Sneak Peek

This is the last of the sneak peeks for me.  Be sure to check back here Sunday the 27th and the links will be live and ready for you.

Today is new chickies and pretty layered eggs used with lots of previous shown products.

The chicks are from the new Feather Friends Mini 20 Stamps and Dies.

The background is Border Bling: Dainty Deliveries lightly colored with Copic markers.

The sentiment is from Just Sentiments: Spring Blessings.

The background for this is the new Picket Fence Die.  The eggs are from Elegant Egg Dies, a new fancy layered egg set. Chicks are from Feather Friends Mini 20 Stamps and Dies and the grass is the Grassy Border Die.

I've hand woven the background on this card with 1/4" strips of white cardstock and framed it with the Border Bling: Embossed Skinny Frames set.  

Eggs on this card are from Easter Egg-travangaza Stamps and Dies and the Elegant Egg Die Set.

The sentiment is from Inside Greetings: Spring Blessings.

This last one is the Weave A Basket Dies set as a tag, ready to tie on a gift. I love that crazy grass basket filler piece!

Papertrey Ink Release Sneak Peek

In todays Papertrey Ink sneak peek, I've got fancy Easter eggs and carrots to show you.

This is the new Easter Egg-travangaza Stamps and Dies.  

They make beautiful patterned eggs as well as floral cut outs as I have here.  

I've paired this card with the Into The Blooms: Roses die set as a background.  The sentiment is from Just Sentiments: Spring Blessings

Here I've used the He is Risen sentiment with delicate flowers and leaves around the egg.  I've added a couple of feathers behind the egg and mounted it on a basket from the Weave a Basket Die Set.

Carrots, doesn't everyone need a fancy carrot set?  😍

This is the new Spring Carrots Dies Set.  

If you don't want the 'fancy' they are just regular carrots on the bottom layer, and  two choices of greenery tops.

I've used the Grassy Border Die and a few carrot tops along the bottom.

More carrots, this time with the Spring Greetings Stamp Set.

Papertrey Ink Release Sneak Peek

I've got a few days of Papertrey Ink sneak peeks to show you.  

This is such a cute springtime and Easter release full of basket, eggs, chickies and florals.

Weave a Basket Die Set

This is an adorable die set and super easy to weave.  You can mix and match colors for custom baskets or do like I did here with all the same woven color.  This die set includes layered and decorated eggs, the dimensional bow and the super cute and clever basket filler grass.

Also featured intros card is the new Grassy Border Die.

Here is another version in purples.  

The sentiments in these two are from the new Spring Greetings Stamp Set.

This is the latest in their vase collection, Vase Collection 7 Stamps and Dies.  It is a bucket style vase with a dowel handle across the top.  The flowers can peek out under and over the handle.

The doily underneath the vase and flowers is the new Delicate Circles Die.

This card features flowers from the Thank You Florals Stamps and Dies and is placed on the Delicate Circles Die. This time instead of tossing the fall out pieces, I used them around the edge to extend the size.

For this cutie, I made a little box that fits behind the bouquet of flowers in the vase and filled it with Easter Sixlets candies.

Honey Bee Stamps Modern Spring Sneak Peek Day 4

Welcome back to the final day of the Honey Bee Stamps Modern Spring sneak peek. 

Today I have one last floral set to show you and the new seed packet stamps and dies. 

First up is yet another new floral set - tis the season you know, spring is on the horizon!

Floral Vase Stamps and Dies

Full of flowers and cotton blossoms and a floral pick to hold the sentiment.

Floral Vase Stamps and Dies also has a couple of other stamps in it to create backgrounds or corners. I've used them here for the front of this little Cutting Board Die.

The final sneak peek is the Seeds of Kindness Stamps and Dies and the Seed Packet Dies.  

These little envelopes are easy to assemble and would be so cute for love notes or party favors.  I've added a tag to the inside of each of these.
