Bread Tags Die Swap #2

This is the second tag I swapped in the Bread Tag Swap at Leadership.  The best part of and stamping event is gathering creative ideas for other stampers!  The last photo is some of the tags I received back.  There were some pretty creative ones!

This one is embossed and then I used the Gold Pan Pastel over it to make it look patina-ish and shimmery.  I wish it photographed as good as it looked in person.

Sara Sherlock from Much Love, Sara and I choose products from the mystery bucket each week to use in the card we're making.

Bloom Burst Note Cards

 This is a new set in the Bloom This Way catalog called Bloom Burst.  It is a beautiful hydrangea - my favorite flower.

I needed more card front quick notes, so I chose to use just a portion of the flower.  I used the Liquid Colors to do a watercolor wash over the flower.

Leadership Team Swap

I love gathering with my team!  This year for my first Fun Stampers journey Leadership and I was fortunate to have 4 of them qualify to go.

Of course we had to swap - that is the fun of going!

I used the new Card Carrier Die (I am in LOVE with this thing!!!) and made a card and little Index Card ring to go inside.

I covered the front with one of the patterned papers from Spring Filled Prints and accessorized with Blooming Details Dies. The words from the Dear Rose Bundle.

The card has an embossed oval and the same flowers and words as the card carrier.

Look at the pretty stuff I got in return!

Here we are riding from the airport to the hotel.  Kathy Martin, Sheree Hughes, Carrie Rhoades, Kim Sinclair and me.

I seriously felt like a proud mom to have two of my team present on main stage this year!
