Jar of Love Ensemble

I am so happy that my favorite Jar of Love set and Everyday Jars Framelits are carrying over for another year!  I am not done playing with them!

 

 

We had a card and coordinating 3D swap at OnStage and this is what I made...originally.  I had a last minute melt down when they would not all fit in the box I was trying to pack them in so I ripped them apart and made them into Index Card rings.

 

 

Cardstock:  Whisper White, Peakaboo Peach, Window Sheets

Stamp Set:  Jar of Love, Brushstrokes Background, One Big Meaning

Accessories:  Everyday Jars Framelits, Stitched Shapes Framelits, Big Shot, Glassine Bag, Paper Doilies

Chocolate Bunny Boxes

I made a few of these adorable little chocolate bunny boxes to take to OnStage last week.  I got the idea to put the pom pom tail on the Dove Chocolates from the ever so clever Julie Pitta and then created a box to put them in.

 

 

Cardstock:  Pool Party, Crumb Cake, Clear Window Sheets
Stamp Set:  None
Accessories:  Circle Framelits, Big Shot, Pool Party Stitched Satin Ribbon, pom poms, chocolates

 

 

Box Top:  3-1/16" x 3-1/16"  Score all four sides at 1/2"

Box Bottom:  3-1/2" x 3-1/2" score all four sides at 3/4"

The circle in the lid is about 1-5/8" and is framed with a scallop circle that is just about 2".

 

Add Tear n Tape around the box then add the ribbon.  It keeps it on nice and tight and reinforces the box a little too!

Stampin' Up! OnStage San Diego 2017

We had a wonderful time we had in sunny San Diego last week at Stampin' Up!'s OnStage Local. I love the opportunity to gather with my Stampin' Up! friends and my Inking Everything team at Stampin' Up! events.  

It was a small crowd of us in San Diego, but I had team in other locations across the US as well.  I wish we could all be together, but Stampin' Up! reaches more people by having OnStages all across the US on the same day.

 

 

I always take my team a special gift and this time, I had cookies made with our team logo.

 

Tiffany's Sweet Shop out of La Quinta, California made these for me and they turned out so cute. 

Tiffany and I have been friends for years and I highly recommend her.

 

 

The first night is CentreStage, a fancy dinner and celebration for Stampin' Up! leaders.

 

This year I attended with two of my Silver Elite's, Evette De La Mora, Visalia, CA and Raquelle Batth, Strasburg, CO

I could not be more proud of these ladies in accomplishing their goals!

 

This OnStage was the unveiling of the new Annual Catalog coming in June.  Above is a photo of the 5 new InColors.  I will say, they are prettier in person and the green has a little more blue in it than the photo shows.

It is always fun to have new colors to stamp with!

This is my favorite suite in the new catalog and contains the new Coffee Café stamp set and Framelits.  I cannot wait to get my hands on it - ALL of it!!

Tutorial Bundle Design Team April Blog Hop

 Our new April tutorial is now available and today we are all featuring an additional bonus project using the stamp set that we used in the April tutorial.

I used the Jar of Love stamp set for my tutorial project and here is an alternative project using those same supplies.

Cardstock:  Thick Whisper White, Whisper White, Tasty Treats Specialty Designer Series Paper

Stamp Set:  Jar of Love

Accessories:  Everyday Jars Framelits, Big Shot, Classic Label Punch, Paper Trimmer

The jar is actually adhered to the frame and then I used the back of the card for some flowers to create more dimension.

The 1/4" border frame was hand cut using my Paper Trimmer.  I used the fabulous Foam Adhesive Strips to pop it up off the card.
