Nothing cuter than a baby card.  They're always so soft and warm.

This Rock A Bye Baby die set is the most precious stand alone die set I've ever seen for a baby card.  Every card I've made with it is like a mini masterpiece and I want to frame them...except my baby nursery days are long over and at this rate, I will never be a grandma!

I cut four panels for the wall and ran each of them through the Rainbow A2 Pierced Cover Plate Die.  It is a vertical cover plate and isn't wide enough for a landscape piece, so I did it in pieces.

Reverse Confetti Release & Blog Hop

Today is the July new release and blog hop for Reverse Confetti.  

I have a few new things to share with you,  but be sure to check out the website for the entire release.

My projects are made with the new Sunny Flowers stamps and dies.  I stamped and die cut several flowers and placed them around the sentiment.  I cut off what was hanging over to create a frame style card.

The sentiments were stamped with the Little Bits sentiment set.

The envelope folds up to a 3" x 3" size.  The inside card is 2-5/*' x 2-5/8".  

This would also be a cute treat holder for a Ghirardelli Chocolate or even a mini bag of M&M's.

Just Wanted To Say Hi

Spellbinders has a new collection called Just Wanted To Say.  It includes the Stitched Hi Etched Dies, Wreath Builder Etched Dies and Just Wanted To Say Sentiments among a few of the things.  

Here I've used just the back portion of the Stitched Hi  (I've got another card to show you soon with the stitching coming soon)  and the Wreath Builder Dies.  I cut the flowers and leaves from white cardstock and colored them lightly with Copic markers.The sentiment is embossed with black embossing powder.

I've had several people ask me about this light pink cardstock and it is called Barely Pink from Cardstock Warehouse.

Spellbinders Embossing Folder of the Month - Geometric Stripes

The Spellbinders Embossing Folder of the Month  is called Geometric Stripes and is one that can be used in any direction, horizontal, vertical or diagonal.  You can choose the embossed side or the debossed side.

As a reminder,  Spellbinders Embossing Folders are 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 so they accommodate cards of several sizes including slimline cards!

Spellbinders Large Die of the Month - Food Truck

The Large Die of the Month is a cute one this month!  This one is called Food Truck and makes an ice cream truck and a taco truck.

This die is actually to put on a card, but I made it into a card by attaching another truck to the back.

I cut a piece of cardstock the length of the top of the truck x 1/2" and scored it down the middle.  Fold it in half first.  Then I attached the front to one side and the back to the other side.

The detail in the ice cream cone and the taco are so perfect!  

The inside of the wheels are silver mirror paper but it doesn't show well in the photos.

Shoreline Scene Builder Dies And An Instagram Hop

Today I have another card using the Shoreline Scene Builder Dies.  

This one makes the most beautiful shoreline scenes with very little creative effort because the dies do all the work.

I started by ink blending my background with Peacock Feathers, Broken China, Tumbled Glass, Scattered Straw, Fossilized Amber and Brushed Corduroy. When it was dry, I ran it through the Waves A2 Pierced Cover Plate for texture.

From there, I cut all the pieces from cardstock and arranged them on the card.  There are so many beautiful details in this die set!

Recreating My Wedding Photo With Tie The Knot

When my husband and I got married 29 years ago I wore a blush wedding dress and he wore a teal and black tuxedo. So when Honey Bee Stamps released this Tie The Knot die set last week, I knew I wanted to recreate our wedding.

The arch and sentiment are from the Perfect Day stamp and die set. I colored the flowers with Copic markers in the colors of my bouquet.

We had our own Big Fat Greek wedding, that movie had nothing on us! 😍
