Advisory Board Retreat & A Sneak Peek

At convention this past July I was asked to serve on the Advisory Board for Stampin' Up! for the 2014-15 year.  The most prestigious honor a Demonstrator can receive.

I am so incredibly blessed and honored to share this position with Winona Semler, Kay Smith, Julie Davison, Diana Gibbs and Colleen Magness.

Immediately after Founder's Circle we were flown to Salt Lake City for two days of meetings and orientation on our new job.  We arrived Monday morning ready to go and were  excited to see a sign in the entry way welcoming us to the Home Office.

After a morning of meetings and a conference call from the previous board, Shelli treated us to lunch.  It was very nice and relaxing until she handed us these gorgeous boxes...then my heart started pounding with excitement!

The coveted Advisory Board ring... and now I own one!  {Squeal!}

Oh Em Gee!

That evening we were invited to Shelli's house for a My Favorite Things pajama party and dinner.  We started with a tour of her lovely home and stopped in her stamp room for a photo.

 Sara and Shelli as we get ready to share out Favorite Things. What a fabulous way to get to know everyone.  I loved it!

Up and at it the next morning for another full day of meetings and I do mean FULL!  It was fascinating, exciting, overwhelming and exhilarating to see the inner workings of the company, what their visions and goals are and how we might be able to help them. I'm so looking forward to this year!

We even got to work the pick line in the distribution center.  Here is Diana Gibbs at work. *Ü*

The day ended with an amazing dinner at The Roof Restaurant with the corporate teamWe were on the 13th floor in a round room with a spectacular view of the city.

Afterward we had to stop for pictures of course!  The Advisory Board with Shelli and Sara.

And with the corporate team.  Pam Moran was there but just not pictured.

I am truly humbled and honored, thank you Shelli Gardner for your trust and faith in me as we all work together this year!

Shelli blogged about our time together also, if you would like to see.

Guess What???
