Inking Idaho on the Road Easter Projects

This weekend we got a sneak peek of some adorable Easter projects that Stampin' Up! was releasing the following week.
A gusseted bag made from a flat glassine bag and bag made from a card - both from the You're So Lovely Project Kit.  And an adorable mini Berry Basket modified using the Berry Basket die.

This bag is made from one of the cards in the You're So Lovely Project Kit.  Click on the photo below to enlarge it for the measurements. The embellishments are from the kit as well, except the flower and that is from the Birthday Bouquet Designer Series Paper.

Another version of a bag made from a card.

This precious little basket is  one that was made by Stampin' Up! and is a mini modified version of the Berry Basket.  In the photo below, you can see the size compared to my hand.

To make the Berry Basket, you need two die cuts. This one is made from just one die cut and then cut and modified as shown. Click on the pattern to make it bigger.

After the event, my BFF, Kim and I were playing in the paper and discovered that you can make a mini-mini Berry Basket too.  The directions are exactly the same as above, you just trim 3/4" off the height before you assemble it.

Pretty adorable, huh?

Here is a photo with my adhesive beside it so you can see the scale.  it's only about 1-3/4" x 1-3/4" x 1-3/4".

  1. Those projects are darling!! Thank you for sharing the directions too, I'm excited to try making mini mini berry baskets. Sometimes the original size is a little bigger than what I'm looking for, so the tiny size will be perfect.
