I had the opportunity to create a little gift for Christine who owns Paper Next Dolls a few weeks ago. She sent me a birthday girl with a cupcake image so I made her a birthday cupcake in a box.

I used a tag from Honey Bee Stamps Piece of Cake set and added one of the Paper Next Dolls cupcake to it.
The cupcake wrapper is Spellbinders and the flower frosting is handmade with my own pattern. The birthday girl is colored with Copic Markers.
