Idaho Custom Creations JulyTiered Tray Kit & New Signs

It is time to reveal the July Tiered Tray kit and this month is ice cream theme!  

Not much screams summer louder than ice cream and I'm here for it.

As a reminder, the kit comes unfinished and with everything you need to complete it, including paint.  It is a monthly subscription through Idaho Custom Creations.  Michelle owns the company, I just paint for her and enjoy all her products!

She offers the subscription kit as well as regular products for sale in her shop, and she takes custom orders. 

I often use my own paint and this month is no exception.  The kit will have pink, mint, brown and white, but I used my own.

I also used Marigold and Honey Brown not included in the kit.

I finish the backs and the stands with Folk Art Antiquing Wax.

Double sided jar filler ice cream cones.  

Can be painted as 8 single sided or 4 double sided.

Do You Love Pumpkin Spice Season?

I am NOT a pumpkin spice fan, but I love pumpkin spice/fall decor.  Does that make up for it?  

Michelle at Idaho Custom Creations has a new Pumpkin Spice set for the tiered tray, I had to have it!  It's coffee AND fall and so cute. 😆

The tray I use is from Felt Creative Home Goods on Amazon and I have one in white and brown.

This is an unfinished DIY.  You purchase and paint, it is not part of the monthly subscription kit.

The gnome is from the August inserts for the Round Interchangable sign.  Those work perfectly in the tier trays and with the sign.

Idaho Custom Creations July Tiered Tray Kit & Adirondack Chair Video

It's time for a new tiered tray set up with the Idaho Custom Creations kit of the month.  

July is all about tropical decor,  Adirondack chairs, tiki bars and pineapples.  Sounds delightful, doesn't it?

They come unfinished with all the supplies you need to paint them...except, I used my own paint to customize to the colors I wanted.  That's the fun of a DIY kit!!

The freebie this month is an Adirondack Chair and boy, is this thing cute!

I was a little 'assembly challenged' when I tried to put it together, so I had our son Nicholas make a quick video assembling it in case you too have issue.

Tiered Tray Late Summer Reset

It is time for a late summer reset on my tiered tray.  If you follow me on Instagram, you got to see a quick video on the process on IGTV, that was fun to make!

I used blush, pinks, peaches and some pretty light reds this time.

Bottom shelf is the mixer and a cupcake I painted, a jar of gumballs, fake flowers and a 6 x 6 letterboard you can find HERE.  It comes as a set of three. (You can see it in the top photo .)

I bought this little unfinished wood mixer and covered it with patterned paper.  I painted the bowl with silver adn a little bit of black.

I added a few paper flowers to the bowl and put a wood block on the back so it would stand up in my tiered tray.  The wood came from Amanda at ArtfullyCraftedbyAC.  The same place I got the scissors and the trucks I made earlier.

 I made a mixer and a basket in blue for an order.  I don't usually take orders, but luckily I had ordered two mixers.
