Crafty Friends Blog Hop Featuring Pinkfresh Studio

Welcome stamping friends to the March Crafty Friends Blog Hop featuring Pinkfresh Studios.

Be sure to scroll down for the Blog Hop list and follow along to get tons of stamping inspiration with Pinkfresh Studio products.

Today I am using the Leafy Envelope Die and Lovely Blossoms Stamp Set and Dies.
I've done an ink blended background with Distress Oxide inks in Worn Lipstick and Tattered Rose.  The flower is embossed in clear on the background, but you can barely see it in the photo.

I cut a slit in the envelope and stuffed all the flowers and leaves in there.  Super easy to do.

Use code CRAFTYFRIENDS20 at check out for 20% off.

They have absolutely beautiful products, you will not have any trouble finding something to stamp with!

This card uses Lovely Blossoms Stamp Set and Dies and the sentiment set called Scripted Bold Sentiments 1.
I cut the card panel on the diagonal and ink blended the card with Tattered Rose on the top and Bundled Sage on the bottom.

Spring Peony Cards

If you follow me on Instagram, you saw a couple of other peony cards I made with a slightly different red color combo for the 30 Day Coloring Challenge.  Here is my second version using different reds (listed below).

I used the Spring Peony Stamp Set & Dies and the sentiment set called Thanks A Bunch all from Honey Bee Stamps .

I colored the images in Copic markers and use a little ribbon and a few Black Gem Stickers.

 Copic Markers used:
R14, R22, R20, R21, R20, R00
YG97, YG95, YG93

I love the stark contrast of the bright colors against the white.  This sentiment is die cut and popped up on Foam Squares.

Hey Stamping Friends, I have a favor to ask you.

I'm helping a friend gather information on interest in a crafting cruise - obviously this cruise wouldn't happen until things are safe.  Would you be willing to take a quick survey?
If so, please click HERE.
Thank you!!

Sweet Sentiment Copic Coloring Class For April

April showers bring May flowers, right?  We're having our share of showers right now here in Idaho, so I hope not.
This bunny holding his umbrella is from the Sweet Sentiment Copic coloring class for April.  I really loved coloring this one.

In this class you'll learn the technique of smooth shading.  She teaches you how to achieve those soft gradients of color.  A perfect class for advanced colorists and beginners alike.
In the background portion of this class she will also discuss smooth shading as well as creating depth in layers.

It is a great time to take a class, learn Copic coloring or a new technique - check them out HERE.

Picket Fence Studios March Release

Picket Fence Studios has another awesome release this month -  flowers, stencils, fishes, sea life and another baby in the baby series.

Today I have tulips and babies to share with you, just a sampling of all that is new, so be sure to check it all out!

Starting with the Early Tulip Bouquet Stamp Set. This one is big and beautiful.  Easily fills the card up and is super fun for coloring and/or embossing.
This one is colored with Copic Markers.

This card is stamped in Versamark and embossed in black. Then very, very lightly colored in pinks and greens with Copic Markers.
I used the new I Miss You dies as the sentiment.

Moving on to the baby department, I made a couple of things using the Sleeping Baby Stamp Set and Dies

This card also used the Fancy Flourish Stencil and White Paper Glaze for the texture.  Glazes are a fun way to use stencils!

The sentiment is from the new set called Every Good and Perfect Gift.

This sweet little baby is a pocket card.  It pulls up and out to write on.  He is colored with Copic Markers and the polka dot is stenciled with more White Glaze for texture.

Be sure to check out all the new products in the March release in the Picket Fence store!  Lots of fun stuff this month!  Also, make sure you take a look at the design team page, then visit those blogs for more inspiration.

Meadow Blossom Bundle and Brushed Stripe Background

I am 100% over the top in love with this new background stamp by Concord & 9th called Brushed Stripe.  It stamps beautifully, looks great with any color and is pretty much...perfect!

I've used it with the Meadow Blossom stamp set and die here. I colored the image with Copic Markers, popped it up on foam squares and added a sentiment.  The background is so awesome, you really don't need to do much.

It looks good is practically every color.  You may or may not be seeing several stripe background cards in the weeks to come. *Ü*
The Inventory Blowout Sale is still going on.  Check it out and don't forget to choose your free stuff when you order.
