Friends - The BEST Part of Any Stampin' Up! Event

Where would we be without friends?
The definition of friend is 'a person whom one knows and with whom one has a mutual bond'.  I'd day that is pretty accurate!
The best part of any Stampin' Up! event is making new and catching up with old friends.

Starting with my upline Suzie Barnes!  It was very nice of Pam Morgan to stay for a picture as well - thanks Pam.

You meet the best people in line at Starbucks!  This is Maxie Krebs-Randolf.  What a sweetie, I just love her!

Speaking of love...have you met Brian King yet?  I think he's managed to make it on every one's Facebook page who attended the Western Caribbean trip - I've been seeing him everywhere!!  What a great guy and an awesome demonstrator...but you have to agree not to like him more than me, ok? *Ü*
Brian demonstrated at the Share Fair on board.  Several demos were invited to show off their mad skills and they were all excellent.

That is where I had the privilege of meeting Caroline van der Straaten from the Netherlands.  I've admired her from afar for a while now and had goose bumps when she said hello to me!

Last year at convention I met Monica Gale and was so looking forward to seeing her again. What a delightful and beautiful lady inside and out!

Leonie Schroder my very good friend from Australia...who brought me Tim Tams... that my kids devoured before we even got back to our room!  Love ya girl!

During the Share Fair I thought this was so funny.  I looked up to see the husbands occupying the bench so patiently while the ladies visited.  In the center is Kevin, my upline's husband.

  1. Becky, it was such a pleasure to finally meet you! I have been looking at your blog for over 8 years and admiring all your work.
I wish we could have talked a little longer.
Hope you are feeling better now, cause I heard you had motion sickness on the boat. I am experiencing it at this moment. But it is so worth going through when you have all these sweet memories to think of. Say hello to Lauri for me when you see her please. Would you mind sending me our photo? Because yours look so much nicer than the one I got.(carooskaartjes@hotmail.nl) Thank you so much in advance!! Love, Caro xxx
