Start with the Moonlight Designer Series Paper Stack.  You get 48 sheets of paper size 4-1/2" x 6-1/2" for just $6.95
Score the length at 1", 1-1/2", 2", 4", 4-1/2" and 5".  Score the short side at  1/2" to create a bottom.

    1. Mary, do your scoring on the long side of the paper. The 1/2" score is for the short side.
