Balloon Celebrations

I love a good bright and cheery card, don't you??
  I also really like the ombre look of the balloons on here, I have to try it in some different colors soon.

  8. I'm new to stamping and what seems obvious to everyone else isn't to me ... sorry but how did you do this?? Did you start at the top or bottom? Do you have complete directions somewhere ? Thank you :)

  9. I started at the bottom by stamping the balloons in Pink Pirouette, then switched the next layer to Calypso Coral and the top with Watermelon Wonder. The balloon is a solid image so it is easy to do this technique.
