Yep, my friend Allison Okamitsu from Calgary, AB Canada was in the house!!!
Allison is serving her third consecutive year on the Artisan Design Team for Stampin' Up!, so who better to show us all about watercolor pencils than her!
It was so great to get to spend the weekend with her. She is as full of personality as she is talent. And that is a LOT!
She first showed embossing on white cardstock and then water coloring over it with watercolor pencils. Once it is dry, stamp the sentiment on top.
Next she did a beautiful home décor piece and showed how to do the splatter technique with the pencils for an AMAZING background effect.
Third, she showed how to watercolor with the Wink of Stella pen - brilliant, I'm telling ya as in super duper sparkly!
Her BFF, Melody Hyde met her here in Boise and they spent the weekend together. It was great having Melody too, I love new friends!
