I have a few highlights from convention to share with you today. So many highlights, it is hard narrow down. FSJ certainly knows how to roll out the red carpet and put on one heck of a show!
It has been a little over a year since I joined and I could not be happier. This has been an incredible year of change, growth and excitement for me. I was terrified of the change but knew I had to do it and now I look back and think why did I wait so long. Fear is an interesting emotion!
I had 25 of my team travel to Phoenix for convention, sadly, we are missing a few in this photo. I think I can comfortably speak for all of them when I say this was an amazing convention. To listen to their excitement over the new catalog, about the new programs being offered, the incentive trip announcement, the new colors, the new logo, the Journey Shop, the friendships they made, etc. all warmed my heart. Everyone said it was SO worth the money!
The first night Managers and above were bussed off to Managers Reception at a beautiful hotel.
One of the biggest highlights for me was that I got to attend with two of my team who promoted to Manager this year!

Friday night was Awards night and my two new Managers received the recognition they deserve.
Fifth in line is Carrie Rhoades. Sixth in line is Kathy Martin.
I had a pretty fantastic night too.

My team member Carrie Rhoades was asked to serve as well - this pretty much sums up the feeling for all of us - total excitement!!!
