Gnome for the Holidays Card

I can say I've never really been a big fan of gnomes.  I skipped over this set for a couple months and everyone around was making such cute things that I decided I had to give it a try.
Guess what?
I love them!!

The Gnomes for the Holidays is the FSJ Holiday catalog.  I stamped out a bunch of them, colored them with Color Burst Pencils and then die cut them all.  Now I had to figure out what to do with them.

I used the Cozy Prints Printed Paper.  I used 5 patterns and basically cut up all the sheets.  Once it's cut, it is easier for me to think how to use it.  Otherwise I would probably never cut into them. *Ü*  I know you love printed paper too - cut the paper!!

I made multiples of all these patterns and made about 15 cards.  I just kept going till all the paper was used.

This is just one of many designs I have to show you in the coming weeks.

Cardstock:  Whip Cream Christmas, Cozy Prints
Stamp Set:  Gnome for the Holidays Bundle
Accessories:  Gnome for the Holidays Dies, Journey Circles Dies, Tiny Dots Embossing Folder, Platinum Die Cutting Machine, Color Burst Pencils, Color Burst Blenders

For this card, once I put the squares all together I ran it through the Tiny Dots Embossing Folder for a little texture.

  1. So cute! I agree on the gnome thing. I've never liked them either, but lately I've been drawn to them; seeing some really cute Christmas Gnomes at TJMaxx lately. I think it's because you don't see a whole face. The gnomes I used to see in the 'old' days had really creepy faces. This stamp doesn't have a creepy face!
