Mr. & Mrs. Wedding Cake Etched Dies and Elegant Twist Rectangles

Today I have a wedding cake die set designed by Nicole Spohr to share with you called Mr. & Mrs. Wedding Cake Etched Dies.  

This set has so many little parts and pieces to create several different wedding cake looks.

The blue is the beautiful new Speckled Egg Distress Oxide ink.  I like the stark white against the blue for a traditional white wedding cake.  

I added the little frosting swags and the bows to the cake and Fashion Silver Embellishments to go with the Silver Mirror Cardstock I used for the heart and ampersand.

The die cut rectangle piece the cake is on, is the center piece from the Elegant Twist Rectangles I used on the next card.

Mr & Mrs Wedding Cake Etched Dies

Wedding Season by Nichol Spohr. 

This card again uses the cake dies but I added the beautiful Elegant Twist Rectangle for a border.  I used a Copic marker to color just the outside edge.

The cake dies were colored with Copic Markers in ombre fashion as well as the Mr & Mrs before I cut it out.  I added Gold Mirror Cardstock to the heart and ampersand.

She also had Elegant Twist Ovals as well as and Circles and Squares.

I gently curved the cakes and placed a large foam square in the middle to hold the shape.  I added a few Fashion Gold Embellishments to the flowers.
