New Winter Gnome Add-Ons

The December Jaded Blossom release is happening today and the gnome add ons are ... WINTER!

As a reminder, these are add ons for the Boy Gnome Dies and Girl Gnome Dies.

I have the gnomes to show you today, but be sure to head on over to the website to see all the new things.

Tis The Season To Be Freezin' is very true.  We currently have 16" of snow in our yard. That's a lot of shoveling!

This little guy is built on the Boy Gnome Dies.  The snow is hand cut and lightly sponged with Distress Oxide Ink.  The snowflake and sentiment are in the Winter Is Gnoming Stamps and Dies.

A couple of cuties on the Bread Tag Die ready for a sweet treat.  

The left tag uses the Girl Gnome Dies.  The back ground is stenciled with the new Falling Snow Stencil and the sentiment is from the Winter Is Gnoming Stamps and Dies.

  The right tag uses the Boy Gnome Dies. The back ground is stenciled with the new Snowflake Stencil and the sentiment is from the Winter Is Gnoming Stamps and Dies.

This little gal is sitting on a sled with her cardinal.  The sled is a sweet little addition to the die set.  The background is lightly stenciled with the Falling Snow Stencil and the sentiment is from Winter Is Gnoming Stamps and Dies.

Hello There & A Little Note

I have a few new items to show you today from Picket Fence Studios. 

 I don't have them all, so be sure to click over to there to see what is new.

I lightly inked the background in Tattered Rose Distress Oxide Ink.  

I cut all four of the rings in the new Nesting Ring Die and spaced them out evenly.  I cut a bunch of the little Layering Flora: Leaves and Twigs Dies and placed them around three-fourths of the third largest circle.  I used a White Gel Pen to color the tips of the greenery that most closely resembles baby's breath.  I thought that made such a cute look and really made them stand out!

I added the new sentiment  A Little Note Word Die cut in black cardstock.

A Whole Lot Of Polka Dots Stencil

This one has a lot going on for as simple as it is.  It starts with green dots from the A Whole Lot Of Polka Dots Stencil.  I then cut four strips of graduating shades of green and mounted them on a piece of white cardstock.  I ran that panel through the die cut machine with the A2 Pierced Blanket Cover Plate Die.  I cut the Hello There Word Dies in black and white and hand cut them apart.  I tucked in a few Layering Flora: Blooming Blossoms Dies that were left over from the above card.  The little flower is from the Layering Flora: Blooming Blossoms Dies.

North Pole Post

I can't resist a cute little gift box, especially at Christmastime.  

Did you see this stamp and die set on Black Friday at The Stamp Market?  

The cutest little mailbox box that you can add letters to or not (you make the slit yourself).  The lid lifts up and the box fits gift cards or a small gift perfectly.  

It was introduced on Black Friday but it is sticking around, so you can pick it up anytime.

Tiered Tray Tags

I love to make tags for gift packaging and the Tiered Tray dies work great for that too.  

I used the Jumbo Tag and embossed it with the Puff Dotty 3D  Embossing Folder before putting the assembled tray off to one side.

Sending a little holiday sparkle with another Parcel & Post Mailbox Etched Dies mailbox card.

The mailbox comes with everyday flowers, foliage and envelopes, Christmas foliage and things in the Parcel & Post Christmas Decorations as I've shown here and a Valentines and love set called Parcel & Post Heart Decorations.

Winter Mini Purse Treats

It is treat making season!  

I love to make itty bitty little treats to give out during the holiday season.  These hold a couple of snack size candy bars or this time I used one snack size bar, one mini Ghiraridelli square and a little candy cane.

I've been making these mini purse treats for years and you can find the pattern and instruction HERE.

I used all Honey Bee Stamps products for these, starting with my favorite Holiday Cheer Paper Pack.

The bow is from Layering Holiday Bells Dies.

Spellbinders Large Die Of The Month - Blooming Heart

The Large Die of the Month for December is called Blooming Heart.  Can you believe it's time for Valentine sets to start coming out already!

This is a 13 piece die set that included the large heart, two vines that make up the center of the heart and all the little flowers and layers to make it dimensional.  It also includes two sentiments, LOVE and WITH LOVE.

I've used the Simply Perfect Florets Embossing Folder for the background.

This is the last Spellbinders Large Die of the Month posting for me.  I have chosen not to renew that die set for another year, but I will definitely still be using Spellbinders products!

You Make Me Feel Right At Home

A few weeks ago I made three tiered tray cards for my friend Britney who owns Felt Creative Home Goods, the store where I get my tiered trays, risers and letter boards.  

She sells three colors of trays, brown, black and white, so I made one of each color card and sent them to her.  She made the most beautiful reel on Instagram with a heart touching message.  You just never know what a handmade card will do for someone!
