It's been a pretty busy few days here!
I made more Milk Carton Containers for a few neighbors. These use the Holiday Lineup set again.
Then a few little candy jars for other neighbors. The jars are from IKEA, the last of my final pilgrimage trip before we left California. I used the star punch and the 3/4" square for the topiary jars. They are filled with Hershey Nuggets wrapped in DSP.

Christmas Morning
All Nicholas wanted for Christmas was a big TV for his room. No other gifts, although he got some...man, was that kid happy with Santa!
Benjamin was thrilled with his Piccolo from Santa. He already plays flute and piano and I fear this is just one of his many instruments to come.
Then there was the gift that didn't go over so well. My Benjamin loves $100 bills because there is a Benjamin on them, so I found this shirt for him. He said he will NEVER wear it and it's silly...hmmmph.... kids!!

Christmas Morning

SUPER cute projects! And I gotta love your Nicholas - how adorable is that! Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteYour kids are so cute glad they had a good Christmas. My baby is almost 17 and still loves to get his hair done.... Works out well for me I use to do hair for a living so keeps me up on all the styles. Just in case I ever want to go back to it. I have let him have blue and black hair. I am glad he is out of that stage now.lol

Hi there,
ReplyDeleteI have loved admiring your work for the last couple of months and I LOVE all your projects. I have one question to ask you, I was wondering how you color your images in. I got this set because I loved your cards and mine just don't look so good. I am a demo as well but I don't do alot of coloring and thought if you could possibly give me a hint I would be so grateful. Here is my e-mail address soutofline3@yahoo.com. Thank you and I love all your cute ideas. One last thing, is the tutorial for the milk cartons on splitcoast?? Very VERY cute. I would love to do something like this for my sons teacher for Valentines day. He is autistic but loves to work with stamps and with me and this project would be a cute one for his teacher. Thanks again
Susan
Love the projects! The highlights are great. That's awesome that your son enjoys playing instruments. Have a great New Year!
ReplyDeleteOooo, I wish I was one of your neighbors!! Super cute!!

I love what you create. I think I need to travel to an IKEA some day. They seem to have so many good things. :)
ReplyDeleteYour boys are cute! How I wish my 15yo son had asked for a little piccolo! He already plays piano, alto sax and guitar, but wanted to learn something "unique". His only Christmas wish?... An accordion. Heaven help us - hope the learning curve is quick with this one! (And do you have any idea how challenging it is to shop for one when you have no idea what to look for?!?) This one will go down as the most unique Christmas presents ever in this family! Enjoy your son's music - it's something that will bring joy to himself and others for years to come!
ReplyDeleteSuper cute! I love those little jars...looks like you all had a fabulous Christmas. The boys look so happy and happy would I be if I got a TV like that for my room! LOL Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteI am glad he is out of that stage now.
