This is such a pretty sentiment that you could send it for most any occasion. This one is from Altenew's Beautiful Day Bundle. I absolutely love this floral set and I'm trying not to use it on everything!
I cut a circle in the card and put a piece behind it stamped in Tin Pain ink with the Concord & 9th Barnwood Background. The top panel is popped up on Foam Squares.
The sentiment is on Black Licorice cardstock and embossed in white.
