Sweater and Foliage Banner

I love this time of year! 

 Nothing gets me more excited about stamping and decorating than Christmas. 

 

Last week I posted a sneak peek of all these little sweaters to my Instagram and asked if I should turn them into a banner or make cards. Banner overwhelmingly won, but of course I was going to make a couple cards as well.  I will be sharing those next week.

I started with a piece of jute and several stamped foliage from the Pigment Craft Company new set called Winter Sprig. I just kept adding and adding until it was nice and full and somewhat heavy.  Tiny paper cut outs are not very heavy but it is the weight that makes it hang properly. 

Once I got the greenery how I wanted it, I added the sweaters.

I didn't take a single photo as I made this, so I decided to recreate one that I could show you.

I needed to add something to it and I already used the sweaters, so I added medallions made with new products from The Stamp Company.
