May Spellbinders Clubs Blog Hop

It is time for the monthly Spellbinders Clubs blog hop of inspiration. There are some beautiful things this month!
I'm showing the Large Die of the Month and this one is called Stitched Card Front, Border and Flower.

The Large Die of the Month for May is a stitching die - but I don't stitch.  I used Sharpie markers to connect the dots! See, you don't have to be a stitcher to use stitching dies! *Ü*
For the sentiment, I used the May Clear Stamp of the Month called Borders & Sentiments.

I added the new Crystal Gems from Spellbinders to the flower centers.  These are the most sparkly and brilliant jewels I've ever used!  I love them!

  9. You fooled me I thought you had embroidered the flowers. Great methodology I will use in the future. Also plan to use the method you used to color the larger flower - another idea I plan to employ!

  28. I love that you drew the lines and colored the flowers rather than stitching them. I need to use my markers more and this is a good way to do that.
