Notepad Purses

Do you have a lot of those little composition notebooks on hand? You know, the ones that go on sale every year with back to school supplies. I can't seem to resist them! I probably have 25 of them.

I did this about a year or so ago and thought it was time to revisit the idea.

You can find the free tutorial for these HERE.

The one on the left may look familiar if you attended Leadership this year...it's is kind of like the bag we received. I embossed Whisper White cardstock in the Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder and ran it through the Big Shot. Then I brayered over it with Early Espresso ink just touching the raised images.

For the purse on the right, I traced the outline of one corner of a bag in the Tres Chic Handbags Tutorial to get the shape. It is covered in Love Letter Designer Series Paper and the embellishment is made with the Floral Fusion die-cut, layered on 1-3/8" Circle and Scallop Circle Punches. I cut about 6 balls off from the ball key chain to shorten it a bit.

These will be used as gifts for guests booking a Sale-a-bration show from a party they attended this month.

  7. Hi Kimberly, I usually send out tutorials the same day an order is received. I did send this to you on Dec 18th but maybe it got caught in your spam filter. I'm resending now.
