Friday Feature for Concord & 9th

Welcome to another Friday Feature for Concord & 9th's new Color Release!

Today we are showing off our favorite ink and/or paper techniques and mine is INK BLENDING!!!

I started by blending Honeysuckle and Sorbet inks onto White cardstock.  No need to be too smooth because I knew I was going to cut out hexagons.

I used the hexagon die from the new Hey Bestie stamp set and dies to cut out a bunch of shapes and placed them on my card.  

 

I used the small solid heart in the set to emboss inside a few of the shapes with clear embossing powder.  I stamped the sentiment and embossed that in black.  The

'hi' is a die in the set and I cut that out with Black cardstock and placed it above the sentiment. 

Then I cut out a daisy from the new Fresh cut Florals Dies Edition 2 set and placed her in position to be the star of the show.  I love these new flower dies
