Picket Fence Studios July Release

The Picket Fence Studios July Release is all about Christmas and a little bit of Halloween.
I have a few things to show you today, but as always, please visit the store to see all the amazing new products for this month.

Starting off with Baby It's Cold outside.  These gnomes are pretty cute little guys and can easily be cut apart or masked if you just need one or two on a card.  I colored these with Copic markers and ink blended the background in Tumbled Glass and Stormy Sky.  The sentiment is embossed in black.

It's The Most Wonderful Time of the Year can be a Christmas card or a winter card.  I used Liquid Applique for the snow and heated it with my heat tool to puff it up.  It did take a couple coats as it didn't get completely white the first time.
Sequins are new to the Picket Fence Line and I mean LOTS of sequin varieties!  I used Christmas Punch sequins on this card.
The sentiment is from the new Inside Quotes: Christmas stamp set (shown below ) and is embossed in gold.

You know it's Christmas when there is a Santa set!
This one is huge and I love how he fills up a whole card.  I stenciled the background lightly with the new Brocade Stencil (shown below) in Tumbled Glass.  Santa is colored with Copic markers, the sentiment is embossed in white.

One more Santa card to show you that you don't have to use all of him.  Ne can peek in from the side or the bottom!  I used the new Christmas Punch sequins on this card too.

Moving on to a couple Halloween things, this card uses the new Jack O Lantern stamp.  It is about 4" x 4" and is a repeating pattern, so you can line it up forever, how ever long you want it to be.  I also used the new The Flower of Life Stencil for the bottom of this card.

Here is another 4 x 4 stamp and it is called Wrapped Candy.  I did really enjoy playing with this one and I made them into candy wrappers using my envelope punch board.  These are about 3-3/4" x 1" and hold a piece of candy inside.

Head over to the Picket Fence Studios store to see the entire collection!

  1. nice presentation, but that Santa face wouldn't be on my list to buy!.....he has a too drawn face, not looking like the old fashioned/vintage Santa faces....oh well, it's a Santa face someone will love, right? SUE
